Returns Responsibility Notice

As an independent Welsh heritage brand, Cambrensis produces garments in limited quantities and does not operate on a mass-production model. For this reason, customers must carefully consider their purchase before placing an order.

Detailed product information and size charts are provided on every product page, and we strongly encourage customers to review these prior to completing their purchase. If you are unsure about any aspect of a garment, including sizing or fit, we recommend contacting our Customer Services team at:
customerservices@cambrensis.co.uk for guidance beforehand.

Due to the limited nature of our production runs, returns create significant operational costs for the business, including shipping, processing time, restocking, and the risk of garments becoming unavailable for resale during the same season.

To help manage these realities, a £15 processing and restocking fee will apply to all approved returns. Customers are also responsible for return shipping costs.

We appreciate your understanding and continued support.

14 Day Returns Policy

If you are not satisfied with your order, you may request a return within 14 days of receiving the shipment, calculated from the date shown on the courier’s proof of delivery.

Conditions for Exercising Your Return

To be eligible for a refund, the following conditions must be met:

  • Your return request must be submitted to our Customer Services team (customerservices@cambrensis.co.uk) no later than 14 days from the delivery date.
  • Your request must include your full name, order number and reason for return.
  • Once your return request has been approved, you will be provided with the correct return address.
  • Products must be returned in one single shipment, using the original packaging in which they were delivered. Returns from the same order sent at different times will not be accepted.
  • Products must be returned intact, unworn and undamaged, with all tags and packaging included.
  • Returns must be sent using a fully tracked service, and tracking details must be provided to our Customer Services team. Returns without tracking information may not be accepted.

International Returns

If returning an order from outside the United Kingdom, parcels must be clearly marked as “Customer Return”.

Failure to do so may result in customs duties or clearance charges being applied. Any such fees incurred will be deducted from your refund.

Exchanges

As Cambrensis garments are produced in limited quantities, exchanges cannot be guaranteed.

If an alternative size or colour is available, customers should return the original item for refund (subject to the returns conditions) and place a new order separately.

Non-Acceptance of Returns

If the above conditions are not met, or if returned products are found to be worn, damaged or incomplete, Cambrensis reserves the right to refuse the return.

In such cases, customers may request for the item to be re-shipped to them. All associated shipping, customs, clearance and duty costs will be the responsibility of the customer. It will not be possible to refuse this shipment once dispatched.

Refund Processing

Refunds will be issued for the price paid for the product, minus the £15 processing and restocking fee, within 14 days of the returned shipment being received and inspected.

Refund times may vary depending on the original payment method:

  • Credit / Debit Card: Processing time depends on the issuing bank.
  • PayPal: Refunds are usually visible within a few days. PayPal will confirm once completed.

Exchange Rates 

All refunds are issued in British Pound Sterling (£) at the original transaction value. Any changes in exchange rates are the responsibility of the customer.
