14 Day Returns Policy
If you are not satisfied with your order, you can exercise a return within 14 days of receiving the shipment (the days will be calculated from proof of delivery).
Conditions for Correctly Exercising Your Return
To return your order, you must comply with these simple conditions in order to obtain a refund of the purchase price:
- The return request must reach our Customer Services (firstname.lastname@example.org) by and no later than the fourteenth day from the delivery date, this request must include your full name, order number and reason for refund. Once your return request has been fully received you will be provided with a return address. If we have not received your notification by this deadline, your request will be rejected.
- The products should be returned in a single shipment and in the same packaging that they were delivered in. Returns of products from the same order sent at two different times will not be accepted.
- The products should be returned intact and should not be worn or damaged.
- Your return will need to be fully tracked, and tracking details sent to our Customer Services. Without tracking information being provided we will be unable to accept the return.
If you are returning your order from outside of the UK, please clearly mark the parcel as a 'Customer Return', otherwise, the return will be charged import duties and this fee will be deducted from your refund.
As our products are limited-edition, exchanges are not guaranteed. If the alternate size or colour is available, return the product you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the exchanged product.
Non-acceptance of the Return by Cambrensis
If the above-mentioned conditions are not met or if the returned products are found to be damaged or worn, Cambrensis reserves the right not to accept the return. In that case you can decide to receive the products purchased once again, however you will be responsible for the shipping, customs, clearance & duty costs. It will not later be possible to refuse the shipment sent.
The full price of the products will be refunded by and no later than 14 days from receipt of the shipment. The refund time varies according to the method of payment that you used, specifically:
- Credit card: the time for obtaining a refund depends on the credit institution that issued your card.
- PayPal: the refund will be made directly to your PayPal account and will be visible in a couple of days. PayPal will send you confirmation of the refund.
Please note that all refunds are made in British Pound Sterling (£) at the original price paid, any fluctuations in exchange rate is at the customers's risk.
