Definitions 

In these Terms & Conditions:

  • “Cambrensis”, “we”, “us” or “the Company” means Cambrensis.
  • “Customer” means any individual or entity purchasing goods from Cambrensis.
  • “Contract” means any agreement for the sale and purchase of goods between Cambrensis and the Customer.

Orders & Payment

All orders must be paid in full at the time of purchase. No goods will be dispatched until payment has been successfully received and authorised.

Payments are processed securely via Shopify’s payment gateways. Cambrensis does not store or have access to full payment card details.

Shipping & Delivery

Cambrensis works with trusted courier partners including Royal Mail, DHL and UPS. Orders may be fulfilled and dispatched either directly by Cambrensis or by approved partner fulfilment locations, particularly in the case of collaborative or limited-edition products.

Shipping timeframes are estimates only and may vary depending on destination, customs procedures and courier network conditions.

Customers are responsible for providing accurate delivery information. Cambrensis cannot accept liability for delays, losses or additional costs resulting from incorrect or incomplete address details supplied at checkout.

If a delivery attempt is unsuccessful and the parcel is returned to Cambrensis, customers will be required to pay for re-shipping before the order can be dispatched again.

Customs, Duties & Import Charges

For orders shipped outside the United Kingdom, customers are responsible for all customs duties, taxes, clearance charges and import fees.

Cambrensis has no control over these charges and cannot predict or reimburse them.

Returns & Cancellations

Customers may request a return within 14 days of delivery, in accordance with our Returns Policy.

Due to the limited-production nature of Cambrensis garments, a £15 processing and restocking fee will apply to all approved returns. Customers are also responsible for return shipping costs.

Original shipping charges, customs duties and import fees are non-refundable.

Returns must comply fully with the conditions set out on the Cambrensis Returns Page.

Exchanges

As Cambrensis garments are produced in limited quantities, exchanges are not guaranteed. Customers wishing to obtain an alternative size or colour may return their item (subject to returns conditions) and place a new order separately where stock is available.

Liability

If goods are proven to have been delivered damaged, incorrectly supplied or not delivered, Cambrensis will offer an appropriate remedy which may include refund or replacement where possible.

Cambrensis’ total liability in relation to any claim shall not exceed the purchase price paid for the goods.

Cambrensis shall not be liable for indirect losses including but not limited to loss of opportunity, delay, inconvenience or consequential damages.

Product Availability

All Cambrensis products are produced in limited quantities. Availability is not guaranteed once an item has sold out.

General

Cambrensis reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. Customers are advised to review them prior to placing an order.
