How long will my order take to arrive?

Estimated delivery timeframes from dispatch are:

  • United Kingdom: 2–4 business days
  • European Union: 2–11 business days
  • Rest of World: 3–17 business days

Delivery times may vary depending on destination, customs processing and courier network conditions.

Which courier will deliver my order?

Cambrensis works with trusted courier partners including Royal Mail, DHL and UPS. The courier used will depend on your delivery address and the fulfilment location of your order.

Will I receive tracking information?

Yes. Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking details.

Do I have to pay customs or import duties?

International orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes and clearance fees once they reach the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the shipping cost.

Can I return my order?

Yes. Returns may be requested within 14 days of delivery, subject to the conditions outlined on our Returns Page.

Due to the limited production nature of Cambrensis garments, a £15 processing and restocking fee will apply to all approved returns. Customers are also responsible for return shipping costs.

Can I exchange an item for a different size or colour?

As Cambrensis garments are produced in limited quantities, exchanges cannot be guaranteed.

If an alternative size or colour is available, customers should return the original item and place a new order separately.

What if I am unsure about sizing?

Detailed size charts are provided on every product page. We strongly encourage customers to review these carefully before placing an order.

If you require further guidance, please contact us prior to purchase and we will do our best to assist.

What happens if my delivery attempt is unsuccessful?

Couriers will usually attempt delivery up to three times. If the parcel is returned to Cambrensis due to unsuccessful delivery, customers will be required to pay for re-shipping before the order can be sent again.

What should I do if my item arrives damaged or incorrect?

We will review the situation and provide an appropriate resolution.

Can my order be shipped from a different location?

Yes. Some Cambrensis products, including collaborative items, may be fulfilled and shipped directly from trusted partner locations. Where this applies, shipping rates and delivery timeframes may differ.

How will my refund be processed?

Approved refunds will be issued within 14 days of the returned item being received and inspected, minus the £15 processing and restocking fee.

Refund times may vary depending on your payment provider.
